The 30th Rainbow Parade
Vienna Pride will take place from May 29 to June 14, 2026. Speaking of the Rainbow Parade, 2026 will mark its 30th anniversary. What began in 1996 as a small but impactful demonstration with an estimated 25,000 participants has grown into Austria’s largest demonstration. Now, every year more than 200,000 people gather on Vienna’s Ringstrasse to send a powerful message in support of LGBTIQ+ rights and full equality.

A documentary play about memory and the International Memorial Human Rights Organisation, written by Nana Grinstein and directed by Anastasia Patlay.
